Meet the Speaker:

Mike Hayashi has provided self-empowerment and security seminars to more than 525 companies and universities across America, Aruba, and Jamaica. Holding both a Master’s Degree in Education and multiple Karate Black Belts, Mike combines education, discipline, and real-world experience to help individuals build confidence, awareness, and resilience. He has made more than 450 television appearances and has been nominated for an Emmy Award. Driven by his life mission to end violence against women, Mike’s seminars have reached more than 500,000 participants across 27 states. His programs, including A Woman’s Place Is in Control, Black Belt Media Mastery, The 15 Steps to Be a Triple-P Speaker! (Polished, Powerful & Paid), and Maximum Impact, focus on empowerment, communication, and helping individuals develop the confidence to lead and make an impact.
