The Evolving Leader in the Age of AI (v2.0)

~ Because Leadership, Like Software, Needs Regular Updates

The future of leadership requires continuous learning, adaptation, and evolution. At the 2026 ACELing In Leadership Conference, “The Evolving Leader in the Age of AI (v2.0): Because Leadership, Like Software, Needs Regular Updates” explores how leaders can successfully navigate an AI-powered workplace while strengthening the human qualities that drive meaningful impact.

Building on the “Magic 5” leadership traits—Resiliency, Other-Centeredness, Quality Execution, Empathy, and Realistic Thinking— this session examines how these timeless leadership principles can be enhanced in the age of artificial intelligence. Participants will explore a practical roadmap across three levels: Foundation, Fluency, and Forward, covering prompt literacy, human-AI collaboration, and strategic AI integration.

Attendees will gain actionable insights on how to work effectively alongside AI, adapt their leadership approach, and continue leading with confidence, empathy, and purpose in a rapidly changing environment.

Updating Leadership for What’s Next

Technology continues to transform the way we work, but successful leadership will always require adaptability, empathy, and the ability to connect with others. Like software, leaders must continue to update their skills, perspectives, and approaches to remain effective in a changing world.

Join us at the 2026 ACELing In Leadership Conference for a practical and forward-looking conversation on how leaders can embrace AI, strengthen human capabilities, and prepare themselves and their organizations for what comes next.
