As the founder of Miranda Construction and Development and Administrator of Discover Vein and Vascular Center and Discover Surgical Center, Jenny has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, excellence, and improving access to quality healthcare.

As Arizona’s first Honorary Consul of the Philippines, Jenny has played a pivotal role in strengthening cultural, economic, and community relationships between Arizona and the Philippines. Through diplomacy, collaboration, and service, she continues to build bridges that bring people and organizations together for greater impact.

Through her nonprofit, Project J.O.Y. Foundation (Join Our JourneY), Jenny leads medical missions, housing initiatives, and humanitarian programs that uplift underserved communities in the Philippines and beyond. Her dedication to connecting people, creating opportunities, and serving others exemplifies the spirit of bridge-building leadership celebrated by the ACEL Impact Leader Award.
