Through worksmart, her progressive consultancy, she melds creativity, play, and experiential learning to evolve workplace dynamics. Her TEDx Talk, ‘What if? The Life Changing Power of Curiosity’, encapsulates her visionary approach.

With a background in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Van’s influence extends to industry leaders including Google, LinkedIn, and Pandora. As a Fast Company Executive Board member and Thrive Global contributor, her insights resonate widely.

Van’s dedication to empowering women in the workplace, showcased through the LEAPing Women into Leadership Programs with True Cycle Coaching, underscores her commitment to driving positive change.
