Phil is bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management for individuals and businesses. A graduate of Cornell University, he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation along with Series 7, 24, and 66 FINRA registrations. Phil is widely recognized for his commitment to client service, education, and professional excellence. An active community leader and frequent speaker on financial planning, business strategy, and career development, he is passionate about helping others build lasting success through trust, accountability, and meaningful relationships.

Harish advises multinational corporations and private equity-backed businesses on complex U.S. and international tax matters. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Harish is an active leader within Arizona's business and life sciences communities and is committed to advancing Pan-Asian professionals through mentorship, leadership development, and increased visibility. Jack Liu, Co-Founder & CEO, ProCARE Portal
ProCARE Portal, a healthcare technology company that helps medical groups and health systems streamline provider compensation and performance management. Since launching the company in 2019, Jack has led its growth to serve more than 25,000 providers while expanding internationally with operations in Northern India. Jack is passionate about using technology to solve complex business challenges and improve healthcare operations. He also serves on the Board of Directors for ACEL, where he supports leadership development and mentorship. Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Hon. Roxanne K. Song Ong, Former Chief Presiding Judge, Phoenix Municipal Court
Hon. Roxanne K. Song Ong devoted more than 45 years to Arizona's criminal justice system, breaking barriers as Arizona's first Asian American woman attorney and first Asian American woman judge. Appointed to the bench in 1986, she served in numerous judicial leadership positions before becoming Chief Presiding Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court in 2005—the first woman and first person of color to hold the position. Throughout her distinguished career, Judge Ong has championed fairness, public service, and leadership while inspiring generations of attorneys and community leaders through her commitment to justice, mentorship, and civic engagement.
Sandra Yang Scirpo, Transformation Executive
Sandra has built her career helping organizations modernize through strategy, technology, and operational excellence while keeping customers and employees at the center of change. As a first-generation immigrant, she understands the importance of mentorship, opportunity, and community in developing future leaders. Sandra actively mentors executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs, encouraging others to lead with authenticity, purpose, and compassion. She believes leadership is measured not only by business success, but by creating opportunities that empower others to grow, contribute, and leave a lasting impact.
